For over twelve years, I worked in the IT industry. While that world taught me discipline and structure, I always felt a creative calling. In 2019, I chose to pursue art seriously, allowing myself to grow and find my own visual language. My work today reflects both structure and freedom—blending intention with intuition.

My creative process is layered and intuitive. I work with texture, symbolism, and subtle forms that invite viewers to pause and reflect. My themes often explore inner reflection, memory, emotional strength, nostalgia, and connection with nature. Each piece evolves naturally, guided by feeling rather than a fixed plan.

GuniArts was created as a space for meaningful, soulful art. Every artwork—whether an original painting or a limited-edition print—is created with care, honesty, and depth. My work is not meant to simply decorate a space, but to add emotion, story, and presence to it.

Today, my art finds its place in thoughtful homes, curated interiors, and collections that value quiet beauty and emotional storytelling.

Hi, I’m Phalguni, the artist behind GuniArts.

I am a contemporary Indian visual artist working primarily with acrylic, charcoal, and mixed media on wood and canvas. Born in a small town in India, my relationship with art began early—as a quiet space for observation, imagination, and emotional expression. From a young age, I found comfort in drawing and painting, using art to understand the world around me.

Growing up, I was always an observer. I noticed expressions, moods, and emotions that often went unspoken. While others saw daily life, I saw stories hidden in silence and small gestures. This sensitivity shaped my artistic voice and continues to guide my work today.

One of the strongest influences in my art comes from watching the women around me. I witnessed different forms of strength, emotion, and resilience in mothers, daughters, and caregivers. They carried responsibilities with grace, often without showing the emotional weight they held. Their quiet strength, unspoken feelings, and inner worlds inspired me deeply. Through my art, I try to give space to those hidden emotions and portray feminine presence as powerful, reflective, and enduring.
